Chef Brie’s culinary journey began at just 16 years old, inspired by her mother’s tea business. Her first foodservice job sparked a deep passion for cooking, leading her to work in restaurants, private chef events, and conferences.

Some of her fondest memories include waking up to the rich aromas of ackee and saltfish, corn porridge, dumplings, plantains, and bammy (grated and compressed cassava). Weekends were filled with exploring new cuisines, shaping her love for food and culture. Her inspiration comes from the people she’s cooked for, worked alongside, and shared meals with. Co-founding Culture Change and Royalty Financial Services, Larry champions entrepreneurial growth in underserved areas like Trenton, New Jersey. With over 15 years in taxation accounting and 10 years in bookkeeping, he brings a unique financial perspective to his advocacy for collaboration and city advancement. As an active member of the Young Professionals Network, Larry mentors entrepreneurs, preparing them for both challenges and success in business.

 Megan is a hypnotherapist, entrepreneur, and community builder dedicated to helping people shift from survival into expansion. With a background in criminal justice and over 15 years of experience in wealth management, Megan blends practical strategy with deep transformational work to support individuals, families, and communities in reclaiming their power.
