What happens when two individuals from completely different paths cross, united by a shared vision?
Our story began in the most unexpected way—two lives shaped by unique experiences, cultures, and challenges, converging through a profound purpose: harnessing the healing power of nature and nutrition to transform lives. Together, we combined our passions, perspectives, and expertise to create something extraordinary—a space where resilience is cultivated, and well-being thrives.
Kristin is a deeply committed healthcare professional and healing visionary with over a decade of experience in holistic care. As a Registered Nurse, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and Transformative Nurse Coach, she integrates science, spirit, and lived experience into her mission to heal communities from the inside out.
Her journey into holistic health was born from necessity. As a single mother with a toddler, navigating homelessness and systemic barriers, she experienced firsthand how hard it is to access care, community, and nourishment in times of crisis. Food insecurity, housing instability, and emotional exhaustion left her searching for more than just support—she needed a path back to wholeness.
This lived reality became the catalyst for HOPE (Humans Overcoming Potential Extinction)—a community-led initiative designed to help women like her reclaim their health, dignity, and future. HOPE is not just a program; it's a sanctuary. A green-living community grounded in holistic nutrition, trauma-informed care, and regenerative systems—built to welcome women who are ready to heal, rebuild, and rise.
Through HOPE, Kristin is creating what she once needed: a safe, sustainable space where women can reenter the world with power, purpose, and nourishment.

As a certified mental health first aid responder, ethnographic research psychologist, and therapeutic horticulturalist , Daniylle weaves together science, spirit, and story to show that the key to healing lies within. She believes that willpower, when nurtured in the right environment, can unlock resilience, purpose, and generational restoration.
This Project is meant to empower underrepresented single mothers facing environmentally driven mental health challenges by providing access to transformative horticulture therapy and education.
